Welcome to Winnebago Drone Services. By accessing our website, requesting our services, or scheduling a recovery, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
 

1. Services

Winnebago Drone Services provides thermal drone recovery services to assist hunters in locating deer that have already been shot and are believed to be dead or mortally wounded. Our services are intended solely to aid in the recovery of legally harvested game and are not provided for scouting, locating, or pursuing live wildlife.

All drone operations are conducted in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and Wisconsin laws.
 

2. Booking & Scheduling

Recovery services are available based on pilot availability, weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and other operational factors.

Submitting a request for service does not guarantee availability or immediate dispatch.
 

3. Property Access

The customer is responsible for obtaining permission from the landowner or leaseholder before requesting services on private property.

Winnebago Drone Services reserves the right to refuse service if proper authorization cannot be verified.
 

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the recovery service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Fees are charged for the service provided and are not contingent upon successfully locating or recovering the animal.

Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
 

5. No Guarantee of Recovery

While thermal drone technology significantly improves recovery efforts, Winnebago Drone Services cannot guarantee that a deer will be located or recovered.

Recovery success may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:

• Time elapsed since the shot

• Weather conditions

• Terrain

• Vegetation

• Animal movement

• Thermal conditions
   

6. Compliance with Laws

Customers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local hunting regulations.

Winnebago Drone Services will not knowingly participate in any activity that violates Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources regulations or federal aviation laws.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winnebago Drone Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
 

8. Website Content

All content on this website—including text, logos, photographs, videos, graphics, and other materials—is the property of Winnebago Drone Services unless otherwise noted. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
